The Cinch diet promises to be a revolution in the way of losing weight. It is a 30-day plan consisting of four meals per day at specific times, which speeds up the metabolism, control blood sugar and hunger hormones. What distinguishes this diet from others is that it has practically no deprivations, it includes chocolate! Yes, in moderation.

The 3 key points of the Cinch diet

You must eat four times a day. This means, breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner.
Strict schedules. Breakfast should be an hour after getting up (to change the clock and enjoy more the morning). The space between meals should be between 3 and 5 hours. Thus, you activate the metabolism and burn more fat.
You can eat between 50 and 100 calories of pure chocolate per day. This helps control your sweet cravings in a healthy way. Forget the chocolates with milk, it must be dark chocolate, from 70% cocoa.

Other notes about the program

Whole grains, allowed. Among the foods that you can include in your food plan are whole grains, condiments (that do not contain significant calories or sodium), proteins and fats of vegetable origin.

Start of fast forward. The first phase of this diet consists of 5 days and is called “Fast forward”. This is the most limited time of the diet, with 1300 calories a day, in which you can only eat spinach, almonds, raspberries, non-fat yogurt and eggs. The idea is that you detoxify your body during these days, it is advisable to avoid physical exercise, just go for walks.
25 days of stability. The remaining 25 days you can combine fruits and vegetables as you like, seafood and poultry (without skin), fat-free dairy, whole grains, nuts, olive oil and coconut and of course chocolate. Beef and pork are not included.

The book, fundamental for recipes. The idea of ​​this diet is to follow the recipes of the book that disseminates it, there are more than 100 combinations of foods, including options for vegetarians and vegans.

The interesting thing about the Cinch diet is that it does not require costs beyond the food you eat, it does not include exclusive shakes or anything that looks like it, at the same time offers options for any type of food and is a diet suitable for coeliacs. At the same time, despite some limitations, it is a complete diet, with proteins, lean fats and fresh products.

It is recommended that you consume organic foods, in the diet book there is also a section that explains vegetables and fruits you can buy non-organic. This opens a range of possibilities for those who want to eat healthy and meet new and interesting dishes.
The diet should also be accompanied by physical exercise, at least half an hour a day.

The not so good part of the Cinch diet is that one of its pillars (the idea of ​​dark chocolate) is not proven. That is, it is good to offer a sweet and healthier alternative, however it is not known if the human being really loses weight when eating it. There are studies that show that some animals rely on chocolate for their body to use glucose more effectively. At the same time it is not a personalized diet, but you can adapt it to your tastes, preferences and needs.
